Derrick is a lifelong Oregonian, with deep family roots and involvement throughout Lane County, and beyond. He is passionate about service and helping others by sharing his experience and talents.

Derrick is a lifelong Oregonian, with deep family roots and involvement throughout Lane County, and beyond. He is passionate about service and helping others by sharing his experience and talents.
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Derrick spent the next 30 years involved in project management, contract negotiation, property construction and restoration, general contracting, and more- providing him a unique backbone of experience from which he was able to achieve his own real estate goals; flipping and rehabbing properties. From building dams, owning and operating a custom cabinetry business, contracting, and working with property owners in property restoration, he can deftly assess the task at hand with a level head and an eye on fruition. His clients benefit from his high-level communication, calm demeanor, and visionary approach to properties. This is utilized to help you realize the potential and the practical in's and out's of any property, to make the most of your sale, purchase or investment.
Upon founding Roser Real Estate in 2018, Derrick and his Team have built a system that puts you in the driver's seat. Derrick actively studies the market to navigate the turns before you see them coming- Let him be your guide!
